**What You'll Do**:
You will work within the People Operations Team based in Barcelona. Your mission will be to support the team in different HR areas and providing first line HR services to our employees and managers:

- Maintain and update employees HR data within our HRIS tool and database.
- Work in true partnership with other teams: People Operation colleagues, Payroll, People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Global Mobility, IT, Workplace, etc
- Have a full and detailed view on Criteo Policies and Compliance.
- Drive consistency and efficiency for core People related processes.
- Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation with a focus on delivering a professional service and working towards defined SLAs and goals.
- Be involved in additional HR projects when necessary.

**Who You Are**:

- A self-starter, ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge.
- Strong organization skills and adaptability.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of English (written/spoken) and French is a plus.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment.
