Sunhero is a residential solar energy company on a mission to make access to clean, PV solar energy easy and affordable. **What would you do working with us?**:
Our People team keeps on growing and we are now looking for a young and ambitious recent graduate to support the newly created People team in a variety of exciting projects.

More in detail, you will have the great opportunity to be exposed and deliver impact on both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. From the creation and improvement of our internal People processes to bringing the best and brightest talent onboard to ensure we support the business in becoming Spain’s #1 solar panel provider.

It's an amazing opportunity to start shaping your career within a very human, international, inclusive and dynamic environment and having exposure to the different areas of the People department.

More specifically, some of the key tasks are:

- Follow up with hiring managers on the interview process status
- Contribute to the rest of the team with recommendations and improvements on our recruitment process
- Support the onboarding of new joiners: from the compilation of their personal data to coordinating their onboarding calendar to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Help on the development and implementation of different People Operations projects such as: our benefits plan, compensation strategy, our engagement approach, the search of our new officesamongst many other exciting projects that are ahead.
- Support all foreigners and expats in Sunhero to help them feel part of the team and adjust smoothly to Spain
- Propose, implement and organize Sunhero’s virtual and f2f engagement activities
- Support on data analysis and reporting activities
