As P&C Pricing Lead (f/m/d) at wefox Insurance, you will lead our pricing strategy in the P&C space (personal lines mainly) to create and manage a portfolio of innovative, customer centric products. Responsible for the line P&L along with our lead Underwriter, you will drive best practices with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up pricing for personal lines products across the European market - for new and innovative insurance products as well as classics.
- Lead the creation of a generic pricing strategy to support growth and profitability of the company.
- Renew and improve existing pricing models, with a strong eye on automation.
- Support a team of senior and junior actuaries when building pricing prototypes and other hands-on tools.
- Analyze market, client and geolocation data and use your actuarial creativity to model risks where data is scarce.
- Work closely with Insurance Product Managers on product launches, and support them by helping define the insurance product.
- Present structure and pricing of new products to management.
- Work closely with our Underwriters to improve underwriting techniques, and design tools and methodologies for profitable risk selection and pricing which meet financial targets, and help minimize the Loss Ratio.

**About you**:

- 10+ years of experience in P&C pricing in Europe
- Multi-line experience is a must
- In-depth knowledge of P&C products and pricing
- Excellent leadership skills of products, projects and teams
- Pragmatism and consequent target focus, paired with flexibility and engagement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge
- Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
