Solar Operations Intern

**What would you do working with us ?**

We are looking for an Operations Intern or Working Student to join our mission. This role is tasked with jump-starting Sunhero’s activities in the country and supporting the experienced Operations Manager to deliver best-in-clasee processes and customer experience. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers and learn how to build a company.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with a senior operations leader and ‌have a real impact on ‌the‌ future of the company. To be successful in this role you need to have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and openness for iterations and changes of course. You know that building a company means doing whatever works best for customers and partners and you are willing to roll up your sleeves to make this happen.

**This role is available for min. 3 months internships or as part-time job for current students.**
- Support the creation process of operational processes
- Plan PV solutions and offers for customers
- Coordinate with our outside technician partners to track project progress
- Liaise with our solar distribution partners on deliveries
- Stay update-to-date on the newest trend in the solar market

**What we would need from you to be successful in this role?**
- Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree, or have recently graduated, ideally in the field of renewable energies
- Previous internships are desired
- No fear of getting into a variety of tasks and finding solutions independently
- Strong desire to own projects and being hold accountable for their success
- A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production
- A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; other European languages is a plus.

This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work completely remotely if you prefer. We have a beautiful office in downtown Barcelona, where you are welcome to work if that suits you.
