**What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?**
This is a role for a pragmatic, detail-oriented Data Analyst & Reporting professional, you will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analysing data that can be translated into insights to guide our business strategy as well as inform product development efforts. You will be an expert in managing and analysing large sets of data, maintaining data integrity, building storytelling and visuals, and communicating relevant insights to the company.
This role will also emphasize developing and delivering robust reporting frameworks that ensure consistent, actionable insights are accessible to stakeholders.
The person in this role will collaborate with other data professionals and commercial management to understand and deliver their data and reporting needs with speed.
**Key**elements to the role include**:
- Design, build, and implement market-leading PowerBI dashboards that drive clear commercial benefits for the group.
- Design and develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data visualization solutions that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and analytics.
- Ensure that all visualizations and reports are accessible and meet compliance requirements.
- Continuously improve data visualization processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manipulate large datasets to create actionable insights and convert them into cohesive, practical recommendations.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with strategic objectives and delivers value across teams.
**The skills we would love to see in your suitcase**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with large datasets and SQL.
- 2+ years of experience with BI platforms and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
- Excel expertise is a must, Python, DAX and Power Query skills are welcome
- Strong data visualization skills, including expertise in charting and dashboard design.
- Proficiency with the Power Platform suite (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Strong querying, report writing, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to data accuracy and reporting improvements.
- A creative mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and openness to new technologies.
