**We are looking for you**

**Descripción del empleo**

We are looking for a **Business Process Manager**to join the team at our Purchasing Center for Fruits and Vegetables, located in **Albuixech (Valencia)**

You will lead the team responsible for **analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing** the organization's operational and administrative** processes**. You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while **working cross-functionally** with other departments on projects within their area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Coordinating and supervising** the process management team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

️Leading the **mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes (BPM)**, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

- ️Proposing** continuous improvement methodologies**(Lean, Six Sigma or similar) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

**Collaborating with other functional areas** (Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, P&C, Quality) to ensure process integration across departments.

‍**Training** teams and promoting **best practices.**

Defining and monitoring **KPIs.**
**Requisitos**
**What are the requirements?**

University degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, Economics**or a related field.

**Additional training** in process management, continuous improvement or digital transformation.

At least **5 years of experience** in similar roles, preferably in **multinational environments**.

Proven experience **leading teams** and managing **cross-functional projects.**

Experience in the **fruit and vegetable sector** is highly valued.

Proficiency in **process and project modeling tools**(Project, Visio, ARIS, etc.)

Solid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar **continuous improvement methodologies.**

️Familiarity with **ERP systems** (e.g., SAP).

Advanced **Excel skills** and other **data analysis tools.**

Fluent spoken and written **English.**
