- Be
**responsible** for the
**full business & recruitment process**.
- Define a
**commercial strategy** to manage a client portfolio.
- Develop your
**commercial** activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.

**Understand** your
**clients**
**‘**
**needs** and
**challenges** to be a referral along the process.

Identify and define the best
**strategy** for your hiring plan, implementing the best way to

**meetings.**

Optimize talent attraction and
**employer branding** to find the best solution.

Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise, influence and impact on the recruiting success.

**Governance**: manage
**financially** your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business

**Be part of the team** by sharing your results and ideas to optimize the process and organization.

**This is you**:
Open minded and sociable person eager to participate to a
**challenging project** by being rigorous and not giving up easily.
- You have
**experience** as a business developer for
**recruitment agency** or a startup
**. **(This is not a must)
- you have
**excellent communication** and
**interpersonal skills,** that allow you to move in a fast and challenging environment.
- International by speaking
**fluently English and Spanish**.
- Interest for technology and innovation, being proactive to discover and learn new competences.
- you are a methodic and
**organized person**, showing the ability to
**multitask** in an innovating environment.

Able to
**prioritize** and respect deadlines.

Resolutive and persuasive person able to understand the aspiration and motivation of your interlocutor.
