Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant About Talent-R: We are a Barcelona-based startup specializing in Digital Recruitment operating on an EU level. Responsibilities Be responsible for the full business and recruitment process. Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio. Develop commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts. Understand clients’ needs and challenges to act as a referral throughout the process. Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan; implement sourcing, events, synergies, communities, and other methods to screen candidate CVs. Contact and qualify candidates through interviews and act as a coach during their job investigation. Manage and organize candidate/client meetings. Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solutions. Build trustful, strong relationships with business partners to advise, influence, and impact recruiting success. Leverage candidates’ career plans by building social and trust relationships. Govern your business unit, choosing strategies to duplicate and grow your business. Share results and ideas with the team to optimize process and organization. Qualifications and Personal Attributes Open‑minded and sociable, eager to participate in challenging projects and persist through setbacks. Experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup (not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast‑moving environment. Fluency in English and Spanish. Interest in technology and innovation; proactive in discovering and learning new competencies. Methodical and organized, able to multitask and prioritize deadlines. Resolutive and persuasive, able to understand interlocutors’ aspirations and motivations. Willing to be part of the best team. Benefits Nice and modern office.
