**Country Support Technician**:

- REQUISITION ID: 7894- LOCATION: Imarcoain, Navarra, ES, 31119- DEPARTMENT: Service**YOUR TASKS**:

- Being the focal point between the region (pending to define) and the Spare Parts Management Department.
- To focus on most critical topics, trying to speed up the shipment of the most urgent spares (Down Turbines).
- Customer support: provide stock availability, traceability, quotations and queries resolution towards our NX branches all around the world.
- Logistics: Sales Orders creation (SAP), release material preparations in our CWHs. Support transport team providing and checking export documentation (Packing Lists).
- Coordinate with other departments to assure the spare parts delivery on time: warehouse, parts procurement, finance, and transport.
- Push internally in the organization to speed up most urgent deliveries: Down Turbines

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- BusinessAdministration, Economics, Logistics or comparable.
- Advanced Level of English.
- Previous professional experience in Customer Service and/or Logistics.
- Proficiency/high level in MM and MS Office, o SAP experience, preferable in the Material Management module'.
- Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in different business cultures.
