Developing Opscura's advanced technologies requires diligence and intelligence as we further evolve and grow our product portfolio. The Product Technician is an essential role in ensuring our various audiences clearly understand and access the information they need. Communicating in English and Spanish, this role connects several of the important company functions that bring our products to market.

Product Technicians serve as a technical liaison between the Product department, Sales and R&D departments, participating in the definition of product requirements. The Product Technician also contributes to the development of new solutions and technical adaptations, as well as product training and technical support for sales and customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Product Owner in the elaboration of product functionality presentations.
- Participate in the UX/UI design of products.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner in maintaining the epics and stories in the product backlog.
- Prepare product demonstrations (assembly of equipment, preparation of presentations).
- Develop technical support materials (manuals, quick guides, diagrams of network topologies, etc.).
- Develop documentation for customer training on products.
- Prepare technical documentation for certification of the products developed.

- Technical training (computer engineering, telecommunications or similar)

- Knowledge of graphic design (Figma, DrawIO, etc. )

The work day is decided by each employee, within the following limits of start time and availability in order to serve our global customers: Monday-Friday from 00h to 13.00h, must be reachable and available to the company while performing duties.
