Tasks

**You will be responsible for**:

- Create high-quality property listings with compelling descriptions.
- Manage property listings on our website and partner platforms.
- Liaise with homeowners and ensure properties are presented in their best light.
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure listings are up-to-date.

**Requirements**:
**Your Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a property lister.
- Fluency in English and a strong understanding of the Spanish property market.
- Additional language proficiency is a considered a plus (mention specific languages).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
- Strong knowledge of the Marbella area and existing contacts are a significant advantage.
