At G+D Group Services, the global IT and Strategy Provider for Giesecke+Devrient, we are looking for a **SAP Solution Analyst Sales and Demand Management.** **Your Responsibilities**: - Design and optimize process and technical solutions in the field of: Sales Forecast, Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Controlling, Billing - SAP OTC/SD consulting and hands-on customizing in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. - Serve as a liaison for managing requirements between the business/key user and the IT development team - Detail and validate business requirements and document in epics, features and user stories for Agile development - Design and develop E2E solution proposals (process descriptions, prototypes, MVPs) and align with the respective IT counterparts - Develop test scenarios and manage the execution of the tests together with the business until successful completion - Document developed solutions, train key user and provide 2nd level support - Manage the global rollout and hand-over of the developed solution - Integrate sales and demand management solutions within the digital transformation program "Digital Backbone" for the G+D ST+S division **Your Profile**: - SAP experienced (> 5 years) in the field of Sales and Demand Management processes and best practices - Good technical understanding in the area of SAP SD customizing and data structures - Willingness to work on designs and implementations around non-SAP systems, supporting their integration to the SAP ECC environment - E2E project experience - Self-organized and focused on delivering best-practice solutions and business improvements - Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a prerequisite - Readiness for international travel (< 20%) ***: - **Culture and Diversity**: Join a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).
