At Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Spain, we are looking for a passionate, proactive and results oriented Commercial Analyst for our Mass Market and eCommerce channels. Reporting to the Head of Analytics and Sales Operations, he/she will partner with the commercial teams to help them drive better profitability, providing outstanding analytics and insights on pricing, trade investment and assortment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide support during the Customer Business Plans and track performance vs targets
- Provide analytical support for Commercial Squads & Market Reviews
- Analyze revenue, pricing, trade investment, assortment, profitability, avg. net price and provide insights and recommendations (and projections where applicable)
- Interact with individual Key Account Managers to collect relevant explanations/inputs, analyze results, and discuss corrective actions
- Provide ad-hoc support and analysis within RGM framework (GP analysis, portfolio optimization, SKU profitability )
- Analyze sell-out, monitor and explain differences in shipments vs consumption
- Provide support for the preparation of YTD & YTG revenue bridges
**Qualifications**
Requirements**
- University degree on Science, Business, or related areas
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (RGM, Commercial Finance, Commercial Analyst)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Analytical approach and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to partner effectively with commercial teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical skills (MS Excel, Tableau, MS Power BI, SAP BW)
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Ability to be proactive and handle tasks effectively
