Como Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst, tu objetivo será velar por que el reporting regulatorio se realice dentro de los plazos establecidos por las distintas regulaciones (EMIR, CFTC, SEC, MMSR, SMMD, SFTR, MIFID), así como garantizar la integridad, calidad y completitud de los datos reportados.
Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de los requerimientos de reporting de cada una de las regulaciones. En el caso de incumplimiento de algún requerimiento, análisis de los impactos ocasionados y valoración de las posibles alternativas.
- Atender requerimientos y consultas de reguladores relacionadas con los distintos reportes regulatorios. Proporcionar planes de acción en caso de identificación de gaps y/o incidencias y fechas de compromiso para su resolución. Seguimiento del punto de situación de los compromisos adquiridos y en el caso de identificar riesgos, comunicación a las áreas de Cumplimiento.
- Identificación de mejoras en los procesos de reporting regulatorio y en el modelo de control definido. Adaptación del reporting regulatorio a los cambios normativos y a los nuevos productos negociados por el Banco así como identificación de impactos en el reporting derivados de migraciones y/o modificaciones de sistemas del Banco. Gestión de dichos cambios con los equipos de proyecto y de IT.
- Interacción con las distintas unidades a las que se prestan servicios de reporting ( España, London, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Santander Consumer Finance, Santander Bank N.A). Asegurar el cumplimiento del nível de servicio con cada una de las unidades.
