**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Prepare customer quotation and assure that they are timely, technically accurate, and commercially verified, offering the best all-around solution.
- Focus on installed base business.
- Deal sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
- Resolve customers queries.
- Ensure that purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry in accordance with the relevant procedures.
- Provide advice on technical solutions and benefits.
- Connect with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
- Provide after-sales service, including first-line troubleshooting, to customers.
- Attend meetings with customers and/or field sales and sales meetings.
- Ensure activities are carried out as defined with agreed departmental critical metrics.
- Attend relevant technical and commercial trainings in order to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released.
- Stay in sync with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy, with respect to all business activities.

**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
- At least 3-year sales/technical experience in the industrial market.
- Strong PC user.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Action oriented, self-motivated, result driven salesperson.
- Team player willing to work with other salespeople in the region and globally.
- Eye for business and understanding of commercial contracts.
- Good command of English.
