**Business and Product Senior Consultant**
**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**:
- Experience in Markets & Financial environments
- +3 years working in product management / ownership.
- Oriented towards commercial products, distribution channels, front office platforms and/or selling activities.
- Experience in dealing with senior management and stakeholders, and capacity to work with internal or external customers to analyze their needs.
- Team management experience (mid teams, above 5/7 people) & collaborative player. Capacity to lead, coordinate, prioritize, escalate risk and propose solutions.
- Change management experience, capacity to communicate efficiently and to engage into product implementation in Production. o In-depth knowledge of Scrum Framework. o Experience in Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge and experience of technologies used in software product development.
- Capacity to own a product roadmap and run a product backlog, as well as prioritizing and communicating.
- Data driven decision making experience & capacity to define metrics/KPIs.
- Availability to travel (Europe).
- Ability to work under a hybrid model:
Approx. 20% in office-based collaborative environments.
- Language: High level of English + Spanish desirable.
