Pukka Up Ibiza is looking for a passionate and motivated Event Assistant to join our team in Ibiza for the upcoming season. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our events, ensuring that they run smoothly and exceed our guests’ expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events, decorations, and signage
- Help to manage event logistics, such as transportation and equipment.
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure that they are properly checked-in and directed to the appropriate area
- Provide outstanding customer service to our guests throughout the event
- Assist with event marketing and promotion, including distributing flyers and posters
- Help to manage social media channels and post event updates
- Assist with the coordination of event staff, including performers, security, and support staff
- Attend pre-event meetings to review event details and provide input to improve the event experience

**Requirements**:

- A passion for events, music, and entertainment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
