**What will you be doing?**

Ontruck's People Manager will be responsible for making sure our company is running business smoothly, giving support to all team members.

Your main responsibilities:

- Design and lead People strategy with respect to employee lifecycle (recruitment, employee engagement, career and retention), company culture and employer branding.
- Lead the talent acquisition strategy by managing the full recruitment lifecycle to find the best talent globally.
- Develop, communicate and support company policies.
- Support administrative and payroll activities by managing contract, benefits and policy issues.
- Be the first point of contact for all things related to people issues by giving employees accurate and timely answers.
- Be Ontruck's culture and values ambassador: you will lead Ontruck's employee engagement and experience actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/diploma/graduate degree in human resources, business, psychology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years as HRBP, HR Consultant or Talent Acquisition Partner with proven knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, HR admin and culture) and best practices.
- Solid understanding of the full selection cycle and payroll process.
- Comfortable working in a virtual, multicultural and international environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. French language is a plus.
- Good knowledge of technology and IT roles is a plus.
