Today, our cloud-based platform is one of the top products in the market. We are a twelve-people team and expected to be more than 35 by the end of the year.
Our team is really important to us so the **People & Culture Manager** will be responsible for making sure the Madrid Office is running business smoothly, giving structure, support and happiness to all team members and leveraging the People & Culture Strategy.
**What you'll do**:
- Be employees’ first point of contact for all matters relating to people and culture in Viterbit
- Help identify best HR practices, create guidelines and make recommendations for improvement

Share recruitment experience and knowledge**:
- **
Be our first talent acquisition specialist. This is key.**
- Be part of the product design team (we all do)
- Give employees accurate, timely and professional answers to HR-related questions
**What we're looking for**:
- A genuine people person with a warm personality
- Experience in and passion for the people and culture field (e.g., talent acquisition, people operations)
- Organized and no excuses attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
