**Role Description: Main Functions.**
- Management of the investor’s database.
- On-boarding of investors. Drafting and management of all documentation and assistance in AML/TF processes regarding investors (due diligence, continuous monitoring, documentation conservation, etc.)
- Management of Transfer Agent activities among other company departments.
- Support with investors’ requests.
- Communication with depository banks and placement agents.
- Communication with service providers.
- Support to the Operations and Investor Relations departments.

**Role Requierements**:

- Final year student of Bachelor or master’s in business management and/or law.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Detailed-Orientated.
- High level of English (C1) essential.
- German language will be positively valued.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility capabilities.
- Teamwork and client centricity.
- Valuable professional experience in the financial sector and/or AML and TF Departments, especially in client onboarding and/or relationships with different suppliers.
