Purpose*
The Integration Management (IMO) is a lean functional team responsible to support the overall delivery of the Photobox and albelli integration, the coordination, monitoring and tracking the health of the program, establishing a governance framework and supporting each individual workstream in a Programme Management office capacity. As a part of this team and reporting to the Group Integration Programme Director of the IMO, the Project Manager will have a pivotal role, responsible for coordinating and supporting the integration workstreams toward achieving delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate cross workstream coordination and dependency management
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with our logistics partners
- Lift the Net Promotor Score by improving the Customer Experience on Delivery
- Be on top of latest trends and technologies related to E-commerce delivery
- Support critical action tracking and status reporting
- Be an advocate and evangelist for Integration Management Office controls and governance
- Support with risk and issue management
- Support planning and resource management as well as budget and benefit management

**Requirements**:
You enjoy working in the process and control side of project and programmes and you want to be part of a team that supports complex programmes. You are quick on your feet, solution-focused, and want to make things happen. You are comfortable with managing complexity and ambiguity. You are a facilitator, with great attention to detail, and have a pragmatic approach. You bring stakeholders together, facilitate discussion and alignment. You keep things moving and drive the teams towards deadlines. You want to play a key role and make a real difference in the Photobox and albelli integration. Next to that you have:

- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong ability to coordinate and organize teams around demanding deliverables
- Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
- Analytical skills and close attention to detail
- Good inter-personal skills to adapt approach and build effective working relationships across various teams and stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects to fixed deadlines
- Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
- Self-starter. Organized and highly motivated
- A solid understanding of how to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Happy to travel (to our factories, carriers - all Europe)
- English bilingual (all team meetings and communication will be in english)
- French (advanced level a plus)
