We are hiring a Tax Manager to join our Finance Department to ensure Tax obligations and Tax Policy of AmRest Group are complied within the legal entities with presence in Spain, and international subisidiaries of La Tagliatella for Portugal, France and Germany and promote tax optimization initiciatives within the group.

**Reporting to Finance Director, your main activities will be**:

- Follow up the recommendations made within the tax procedures controls and audits required by the tax policy of the group.
- In conjunction with Division Controller for Spain and Global Tax Director you will liase with external tax advisors.
- Prepare templates and gather information necessary by tax advisors to prepare transfer pricing master file and country by country reporting
- Follow up changes in regulations in both direct and indirect taxes and prepare internal newsletters to keep informed local controllers about the current regulations to be applied
- Preare periodical reviews of tax liquidations of IAE, IBI, VAT and ICIOS prepared by finance teams and prepare reports with the issues identified and the recommendations to be implemented to Division Controller
- Liase with the Legal Manager /Division Controller and Development department in following up tax inspections in place and assesing the risks to be booked or disclose in the Financial Statements of the company.
- Manage the cross border tax issues and tax planning initiatives for a portfolio of businesses across a variety of jurisdictions
- Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the local finance team and to the Group. Conduct extensive communication with company leadership across business functions (Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Financial, Operations)
- Identification and evaluation of tax risks as well as counteracting them. Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group
- Participation in tax planning foe AOP purposes.
- Economic/Finance/Legal degree
- Project Management.
- Spanish Tax Expertise
- 5 years of experience in Tax division
- Advanced level of English.
