Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent

Our client is specialized in outsourcing customer relationship for companies, mostly in the bank and the financial sectors. To support the increase of their activity, we're looking for Italian-speakers Customer Service Agents based in Barcelona.
**Missions**:
You will be working in a project where accuracy is an absolute must.
You will deal with questions from credit card holders and ensure the security and protection of credit card details.
Identity checks, answering customer’s questions and explaining possible steps to be taken by the user, are part of your core tasks.
**About you**:
You preferably have experience in a call center, strong communication/social skills with a positive attitude towards changes. You master both italian and english languages.
In addition, you're a real team player with strong investigation skills and a high curiosity for tech.
You are a service minded person with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
**Work environment**:
After a training and familiarization period, you'll work 5 days a week, from Monday to Saturday.
All contracts are permanent.
Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido
Salario: 20.000,00€-24.000,00€ al año
