Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Product (Gaming) to lead the gaming division of their online casino. The Head of Product (Gaming) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive gaming strategy that delivers exceptional player experience, drives revenue growth, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive gaming strategy that aligns with the overall business
objectives and enhances player experience
- Oversee the selection and acquisition of new games and software providers, and ensure their
integration into the platform
- Monitor the platform to ensure that all games and promotions are functioning properly, and the
content is updated and most relevant for players.
- Manage the game portfolio, ensuring that it is optimized for player engagement and profitability
- Monitor player feedback/behavior, key performance metrics, analytics, and industry trends to
continuously improve the gaming experience and drive revenue growth
- Work with the marketing team to develop effective player acquisition and retention strategies
that support revenue growth goals
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk associated
with gaming activities
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, and provide regular
reporting to the executive team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming suppliers and other key stakeholders in the industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the online gaming industry, with a focus on casino gaming
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective gaming strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance player experience
- Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the online
gaming industry
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the online gaming industry and its key players
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with gaming suppliers and other
stakeholders in the industry
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
