We are currently looking for a Procurement Responsible to join our team.

Mission:
The Procurement Responsible will be in charge of planning, directing, and controlling purchasing activities: ensuring the job materials and supplies are procured in an efficient, economical, and timely manner that meets the requirements of both internal and external clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Purchase order management.
- Invoice management.
- Purchase tool maintenance.
- Vendor selection, setup and evaluation of: Fleet management negotiation and contracting of company cars, mobile phone negotiation and management of the line, travel agency negotiation and management of all users in their platform, taxi negotiation and management of all users in their platform.
- Annual negotiation of electricity supplier.
- Procurement of office material.
- Procurement and leasing of IT equipment and printers (in cooperation with GBS IT).
- Procurement of software licenses (in cooperation with GBS IT).
- Negotiation and contracting of facilities suppliers: cleaning, maintenance, reception desks, plague controls (insects, rats, etc.), catering services, air purifiers and sanitary waste, security, fire prevention, vending machines and water fountains, furniture, interior design, construction and remodeling.

Job Qualification and Skills:

- Bachelor´s degree in law, Business, IT, Supply Channel.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated experienced minimum 5 years in sourcing, negotiation.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple project at one time.
