- DIRECTOR INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECTURE- The continuous evolution of our information security architecture plays a key role in going the next step towards enabling us to be the best and most digital sports company of the world. We are looking for a lead for our Information Security Architecture Evolution team. You will be responsible for driving a future-proof security architecture evolution ensuring that adidas has the right ecosystem of security building blocks to support the entire company, being able to protect the latest technologies needed by our business.
- What can you expect?
- Ensure the completeness (fitness-for-purpose) and integrity of adidas’ information security architecture.
- Maintain the security architecture roadmap of adidas.
- Develop, design and maintain security best practices and implementation blueprints of solid security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a global, distributed team of security architects, supervise specialist technical consultancy.
- Act as the main point of contact for the leadership of Tech Enablement on behalf of Information Security. Collaborate with, and facilitate stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.
- What are we looking for?
- Proficient spoken and written command of English.
- Ability to align standards, security frameworks, patterns with overall business, technology and information security strategy.
- Ability to maintain the architecture repository of security building blocks, technologies, designs and standards.
- Ability to maintain in-depth knowledge in a set of specific technology domains, and provide advice regarding specific information security areas up to high complexity demands.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and recommend options, drive the implementation of building blocks if required.
- Contribution to architecture related information security risk management (especially to assessment and mitigation planning).
- Ability to maintain expertise by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations.
- Eagerness to follow emerging threats and vulnerabilities to ensure that the organization’s security posture is kept up to date.
- Demonstrated ability / track record (7+ years of experience in Information Security, 5+ years of experience in team management), relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP(-ISSAP), TOGAF, AWS CSA, CGEIT).
- Hands-on security experience with AWS native technologies and services, Kubernetes, software supply chain security tooling, the Microsoft Defender suite, LeanIX are a plus.
- A track record in introducing zero trust security principles at scale is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation and influencing skills.
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to maintain a motivational and supportive work environment in which team members are coached, trained, and provided with career opportunities through development.
