**About the role**:
The BE Mid-Market division provides payroll and human resources solutions to Belgian companies (public and private) that employ more than 250 workers. SD Worx is the company that dominates this segment with its innovative products and a personalized, customer-oriented service.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and driven Inside Sales team that plays a key role in supporting the growth of our BE Mid-Market division. Based in Belgium, the team works closely with sales colleagues, clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to commercial succes. As an Inside Sales Officer, you’ll collaborate remotely from Spain, fully integrated into the Belgian team’s rhythm and goals, and within a group of likeminded colleagues in our Barcelona office.

**The role**:
As an Inside Sales Officer, you’ll play a vital supporting role in the commercial engine of our BE Mid-Market division — from Spain. You’ll work closely with our Belgian-based team (7 colleagues), contributing to sales growth through a mix of administrative precision and commercial insight. Your focus will be internal, but you’ll occasionally interact with clients as well.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in administrative tasks and brings structure to complexity, being the reliable backbone of a sales team.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Creating complex and comprehensive contractual documents
- Proactive follow up and ownership of full lifecycle for the contracts you create
- Prepare client budget overviews by gathering internal input at account managers’ request
- Assist account managers by gathering and consolidating internal information
- Support account managers in handling of and responding to client inquiries
- Manage and update sales materials and Sharepoint (editing, translating, layout)
- Consolidate information from quotes / tenders into FAQ database (NL, FR, EN)
- Create and maintain client reference sheets by gathering internal feedback
- Update internal price lists and quote templates on a quarterly basis
- Support data quality in Salesforce (e.g. updating contact info)
- Supporting sales activities on existing and new customers
- Management of correct distribution lists
- General support of sales environment
