**Como Inside Account Manager, tus principales responsabilidades serán**:
Gestión, retención y crecimiento de la cartera de clientes a través de la atención telefónica:
- Gestión comercial telefónica enfocada al mantenimiento y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes asignados.
- Proactivamente identificar oportunidades de nuevo negocio y trabajar para cerrar dichas oportunidades.
- Soporte y gestión de las diferentes campañas y acciones comerciales.
- Colaboración y coordinación con el equipo de ventas, marketing, atención al cliente y otros equipos para garantizar una experiência positiva del cliente.
- Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes en el CRM de la empresa.
- Responsable del comportamiento y evolución de las ventas, por tanto de su análisis y gestión.
**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Grado o FP preferiblemente en sector industrial.
- Experiência en roles comerciales y/o administración de ventas.
- Buenas dotes relacionales, comunicativas, de organización y análisis y proactividad.
- Español alto/nativo e inglés medio.
