We are currently looking for a passionate RESERVATIONS AGENT to join COYA Family
This is an exciting opportunity to join our talented team at a time when the company is expanding internationally.
Experience you will need:
- Knowledge of SevenRooms.
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
- Great interpersonal skills. The ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end brand.
- Must be friendly and attentive.
- A passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Ability to work under pressure.
