Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the Investor Relations team by proactively shaping and executing key initiatives involving investors and internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain internal and external IR database
- Assist in the preparation of investor-facing presentations and internal materials.
- Maintain and optimize the capitalization table, ensuring accuracy and alignment across stakeholders during fundraising, option grants, and corporate actions.
- Help gather and organize data for monthly financial and operational reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of administrative and investor-related processes.
- Participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law & Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related analytical functions (internships or experience in investor relations is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, venture capital, etc.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools and investor databases is a plus.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive and resolutive mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
