Son transacciones de alta convicción tras un largo proceso de análisis y de Due Diligence, y tienen un alto margen de seguridad con el objetivo de proteger el capital.Descripción del puesto: Buscamos unInvestor Relations Analystcon fuerte orientación analítica y financiera para incorporarse al equipo dePAULSON .El rol está centrado en análisis de datos, reporting y control de información financiera para inversores, y requiere de comunicación interna eficiente con distintos equipos de la firma.Responsabilidades clave: Elaboración y mantenimiento dereporting financiero a inversores(fondos, vehículos y proyectos). Análisis decash flows, rentabilidades, riesgos y escenarios . Colaborar en la elaboración de presupuestos, previsiones financieras y análisis de desviaciones. Preparación deinformación financiera estructuradapara comités e inversores. Control de consistencia entre modelos financieros, contabilidad y reporting. Apoyo en data rooms y procesos de due diligence desde el punto de vista analítico. y coordinación con equipos internos (finance, legal, asset / project management). Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas, proporcionando la documentación y análisis necesarios. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos financieros y contables.Requisitios: 2–5 años de experiencia enanálisis financiero : Risk Analysis, Audit, Equity Research, Investor Relations o Investment Banking. Conocimiento de Real Estate es un plus, pero no es necesario para ser considerado. Sólida base enmodelización financiera y Excel . Attention-to-detail. Pensamiento crítico, rigor y orientación a la precisión. Español e inglés fluidos (imprescindible). Catalán es un plus, pero no es necesario para ser considerado. Perfil autónomo, metódico y con baja tolerancia al error.Qué ofrecemos: Rol claramenteanalítico , con exposición a estructuras reales de inversión.
