**NOW HIRING: TRIPLE THREAT PERFORMERS / TEACHERS - MADRID, SPAIN**
Glee Club Academy, a leading musical theatre academy in Madrid with 11 years of experience and 4 locations across the city, is looking for professional performers who are also passionate teachers to join our vibrant team for the 2025-2026 academic season.
We follow the UK Performing Arts curriculum, and all classes are taught entirely in English. The season culminates in a full-scale end-of-year production, staged in a professional theatre.
**Position details**
Location: Madrid, Spain
Season: First week of September - last week of June
Schedule: 25 teaching hours per week
**Salary**: €1,700/month
Round-trip airfare covered
Accommodation provided
**Requirements**:
We’re looking for well-rounded, highly trained professionals who:
- Hold a degree in Musical Theatre or Performing Arts (UK curriculum preferred)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Are true triple threats - able to teach singing, dancing, and acting
- Are fluent in English and comfortable leading full classes in English
- Have strong foundations in:
- Jazz, American Tap, and technical dance styles
- Piano playing (not excluding) (to lead vocal warm-ups and basic scales)
- Vocal technique and acting training
**Highly valued (but not required)**
- EU passport or legal right to work in Spain
While these are highly valued for administrative ease, they are not mandatory to apply.
