**The job**

As a team member of the Spanish & Portuguese organization you are responsible to establish the “One Point of Truth” on commercial and market performance. You will also be the first point of contact for the sales force in terms of CRM support as well as the organizations’ link towards Supply Chain. The position will be based in our Madrid office.

**Key responsibilities**
- Build and maintain dashboards reporting business KPI’s to Sales teams
- Develop models, reports, and other insights to generate profitable sales activities
- Market data analysis for Sales Cycle presentation, Sales and Management meetings, Power BI reports, etc
- Local ownership of and follow up on our CRM system - Salesforce (task, survey, product audit, orders, promotions).
- Support E-commerce and digital tools
- Support Sales Team with data daily updates, return requests and stock follow-up reporting
- Support Supply Chain order review & checking with Stock Level agreement
- Shipments follow-up & and invoice control reporting
- Liaise with Customers & Integrated Planning (invoice prices, incidences, etc)

- Proven ability to manage own workload, prioritize & meet deadlines while responding to demands
- Experience graphing data, producing visuals & stories to make numbers understandable to varying audiences
- Self-starter with excellent communication and implementation skills
- High level of attention to detail, including experience completing tasks with precision & consistency
- The curiosity to combine and pivot different data sources to identify new insights
- Your key stakeholders are the Divisional Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing activation and the local Sales force

**Qualifications**
- BSc within a relevant field e.g. business administration, economics or statistical analysis
- Intermediate to high knowledge of Analytical Tools (Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- CRM experience (salesforce is preferred)
- E-Commerce, digital experience
- Advanced English
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with sales
