**About the team**

The Operational Excellence Team drives the implementation of the standardized end-to-end practices to improve the Sales and Post Sales efficiency, in close collaboration with Business Leaders and Operations stakeholders within the EMEA South Region. Our mission is to ensure a strong adoption of the processes, tools, and indicators available to our Customer Success Teams and bring innovative enhancements to support the Cloud business requirements.
The Operational Excellence Team as part of the Global Revenue Operations area is composed of international Operations Experts combining solid business acumen and analytical skills to bring the best quality support to SAP Business and Rev Ops Leaders.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: Project Management - Internship
Location: Spain
Expected start date to end date: October 1st - March 31st

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Ensure a strong analytics and reporting support in collaboration with Operational Excellence Director and Regional Process Executives (CRM analysis, forecast, adoption and consumption, Renewals)
- Design and lead Communication and Branding internal campaigns (SharePoint, surveys, interviews)
- Drive implementation and adoption of Operational Excellence practices with Business and Operations stakeholders
- Secure successful execution of regional projects related to pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, sales and post sales performance and end-to-end processes adoption
- Assist the Operational Excellence Director for regional enablement sessions and business reviews preparation

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
