Activision/Blizzard/King is seeking an impactful Program Manager to join the Global IT PMO Center of Excellence to drive the execution of best practises, standards, processes, and communication strategy across the Global IT function. The Center of Excellence team serves to ensure we have the right frameworks and approaches to ensure consistency and efficiency across the IT organization while ensuring that our team continues to grow and thrive.

As a Global Center of Excellence Program Manager, you will demonstrate the following skills consistently at a high level:

- Ensure key improvements initiatives are effectively planned and delivered within the IT organization
- Build and maintain effective relationships with resources, collaborators, colleagues and leaders

- Accountable for defining and driving communication strategy across Strong IT/PMO departments and producing effective/impactful department wide communication pieces/content.

- Communicate effectively and clearly with collaborators of all levels by tailoring your message to the audience

- Continuously work with leadership and customers to collect comprehensive requirements, translate them into the necessary workstreams and support in their successful execution.

**Requirements**:

- Strong record of program/project successful delivery across multicultural/functional technical teams.
- A minimum of (TBC based on seniority level we'll agree on) years direct management or equivalent experience driving technical teams.
- Experience to inspire change, implement new practices/improvements and tools across organizations.
- Understanding of large
- scale infrastructure projects, terminology, and technologies & teams.
- Able to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non
- technical audiences.
- Ability to break down and drive highly complex projects into clear and achievable turning points.
- Extraordinary social skills, and oral and written communication skills.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Experienced knowledge of Project Management methodologies, change management techniques, communication strategy and process/standard methodologies.
