**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven track record of 5-10 years of Experience in a Construction Project Management Role.
- Qualified Architect or Civil Engineer, with a Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Project Management or a Related Field is Preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in reporting Directly to a Chief Executive Officer or Senior Leadership within a High-Level Real Estate or Hospitality Development.
- Possesses strong Contractual Awareness and the Ability to Draft Professional Correspondence with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Stakeholders.
- A Deep Understanding of Construction Methodologies, Material Selection, and Project Management Principles, from Planning to Execution.
- Strong Project Management skills and experience in Planning, Tracking and Follow Up on Project milestones with Precision, ensuring Timely Deliverables and Seamless Execution.
- A Strong familiarity with Quantity Surveying, Quality Assurance, and Health and Safety Regulations Relevant to Construction Environments.
- Computer Literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, while possessing exceptional knowledge of Construction and Project Management Platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to Build Positive, Productive Relationships Across Diverse Teams and Stakeholders.
- Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver Projects on Time and to Budget, even under pressure.
- Impeccable Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written, with Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional Languages are a definite Plus.
- Holds the Legal Right to Work in Europe, including any Required Visas or Work Permits, in Full Compliance with Local Regulations.
- Personally Settled on the Island with Accommodation Already Arranged is a Must.
- Brings an Outgoing Presence, and Enthusiastic, ‘Can-Do’ Attitude that Sparks the Spirit of The Twin Cherries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborates with architects, engineers and stakeholders to define the bespoke scope and specifications of each project, ensuring alignment with The Pacha Group’s Signature Vision and Standards.
- Negotiates contracts with external vendors and consultants, securing commercially sound agreements that support Seamless execution and Exceptional quality.
- Obtains all necessary Permits and Licenses from the relevant authorities, ensuring Full Regulatory Compliance across all phases of development.
- Determines the required manpower, equipment and materials from project initiation to completion, with Meticulous attention to Timelines and Budgetary Limits.
- Plans and schedules construction operations, including Key Milestones and intermediate phases, to ensure Timely progress and uninterrupted delivery.
- Acquires materials and equipment in line with project needs, proactively managing stock levels and mitigating potential shortages to Maintain Momentum.
- Selects and hires qualified contractors and external staff, assigning Responsibilities with a Sharp Eye for craftsmanship, capability and alignment with The Pacha Group’s Premium Standards.
- Supervises all site personnel, including labourers, subcontractors and technicians, ensuring Precision, Safety and Performance that reflects The Pacha Group’s Visionary Expectations.
- Evaluates ongoing progress and prepares clear, timely project reports, tracking deliverables, budget impact and key outcomes for Full Transparency.
- Upholds rigorous Health and Safety protocols on-site, championing a culture of well-being and responding swiftly to any issues or risks.
