Are you a dynamic and proactive student looking for a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in project management? We are seeking a young and motivated individual to oversee refurbishment projects in Ibiza, ensuring that contractors meet quality standards and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit refurbishment sites in Ibiza regularly to monitor progress.
- Ensure contractors adhere to the agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Report on project status and flag any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Conduct basic inspections to confirm work aligns with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with contractors to resolve on-site issues.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make on-the-spot decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of construction or refurbishment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Availability to work on-site in Ibiza for the duration of the project.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
