CLIENT EXECUTIVE - QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH

For our Kantar Insights Team in Madrid, we are looking for a Client Executive to join the team
KEY CHALLENGES
- Contribute to the quantitative design, insight projections and research driven insight
- Develop knowledge of the core domain approaches, the broader domain offer, and how to best leverage the full analytical potential to address the client’s needs
- Develop confidence in utilising strategic streamlined/automated modules in overall project design, and data blending
- Executes the project with precision and highest quality standards; quality inputs through to analysis planning.
- Contributes strongly to the design of quality outputs; blending automated and bespoke outputs in line with the statement of work and client need. Exhibits precision in output briefing to optimise right first time charting processes and ensure personal charting efforts are focused on value add only.
- Contributes ideas and points of view to synthesis across primary, secondary and client data sources, to extract research driven insight. Works closely with other teams, to truly blend across the data sources.
- Has data confidence and fluency ensuring insights are evidenced by high quality data.
- Knows where to find reference material and experts for extra support
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years’ experience in quantitative research
- Strong mathematical, data and analytical skills - data input, manipulation and interpretation are core requirements for the job
- Delivery/verbal presentation to clients - engaging client presentation and reporting skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills, problem solving and pragmatic attitude
- Ability to lead and motivate people, promoting team spirit and involvement
- Positive and flexible attitude, open to create, explore new topics and approaches
