What we look for?

For our specialized team, we are looking for a IT **Operation**s Support **be part of the multi-year cloud transformation program that we have embarked upon with our client.

**Main tasks and accountabilities will be**:
Ensure a given scope is delivered timely and with quality, coordinating other associates as required.

Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to institutional clients, providing accurate and timely information, Strictly following the defined processes while working on reports, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Support all aspects of maintenance and improvement of the reporting processes, including opportunities to build efficiency and enhanced control measures.

**What do we expect from you?**

Experience as L1-L2.

English C1.

Availability for international travel (once every two-thress months).

Ability to conduct trainings, client calls, and customer service
