**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**

Como Operations Support, contribuirás directamente a la rentabilidad de la tienda, su operativa y las tareas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente. Y así es como deberás ponerlo en práctica:

- Apoyar al EHS & Operations In-Store Lead o Manager en la operativa de tienda y tareas de Health & Safety como completar checklists, ayudar con las inspecciones y auditorías y gestión de residuos y de sistemas.
- Gestionar el parte de cash office diario y semanal.
- Promover el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Apoyar al equipo de managers de la tienda a lograr la excelencia operacional.
- Reportar y escalar incidencias de acuerdo con los procedimientos y políticas de la compañía.

**¿Cómo nos gustaría que fueras?**

El control operacional es muy importante en Primark, por lo que necesitamos a la persona adecuada para este puesto. Esto es lo que necesitamos de tu parte:

- Habilidades de planificación y organización con una fuerte orientación al detalle.
- Ser una persona honesta, gran comunicadora y tener facilidad con los números.
- Orientación al cliente externo e interno y ser capaz de detectar posibles problemas y resolver incidencias, manteniendo informado al equipo de managers de la tienda.
- Idealmente, experiência en comercio y en el manejo de efectivo en un entorno muy dinámico.
- Movilidad geográfica no necesaria, pero valorable.
- Trabajo en equipo, un alto grado de motivación y una actitud positiva.
