**Required skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in the gaming industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment;
- Good knowledge of the gambling industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends;
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both existing and new markets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans;
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.
