FULL-TIME SALES & LISTINGS AGENT

Due to relocation and expansion we are looking for a motivated, ambitious, customer orientated Sales & Listings Agent to join our vibrant team.

You will be based in our stunning new offices in Dehesa De Campoamor.

Your role will be to conduct viewings on our properties to pre-qualified clients, answering any questions and providing a professional service with feedback given to the office on all viewings and any actions/offers in order that our team can follow up accordingly to ensure a positive outcome/closed sale. As well as attending client’s properties offering your expertise in providing up to date market valuations for more listings.

This position is an Employed role, on a Full Time (40 hours) contract. Salary + commission on sales.

Covering the areas of Dehesa De Campoamor, Cabo Roig, ALL of the Orihuela Costa, Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada.

LISTINGS:
All clients will be pre-qualified and you will attend:

- Ensuring accurate market valuations are given.
- All paperwork is completed so that the property can be marketed for sale.
- Quality photographs are taken and edited for marketing purposes (professional camara provided.)
- Writing up a full description of the listings including photographs onto our system.
- Erecting for sale boards.

Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is ESSENTIAL.

You must be computer literate and be able to communicate well with clients, as well as maintaining a smart appearance at ALL times.

You must be experienced in Real Estate and have a good knowledge of the areas we cover.

Fluent in English and Spanish, any other language would be advantageous.

A full driving licence is essential as a company car will be provided for all property viewings during business opening hours.
