The HR Project Assistant will be based in Mediterranean HQ in Madrid, and collaborate with the HR Compensation & Benefits team being a leader for the HRIS project for a Data tool provide to the 6 country retail network for the Mediterranean zone : Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel & Turkey.

We are looking for someone wanting to develop their professional career into Human Resources, Administrative or Compensation & Benefits field in a retail luxury fast-pace environment and overseeing very diverse teams and countries.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Leadership for the creation, follow up & implementation of HRIS platform
- Gathering data and transferring into templates to ensure the precise information collected
- Contact & Report to Headquarter all the issues, incidences and solutions
- Constant follow up with the Stores of the Region giving them the support needed
- Data entry of personnel details into HR system, monitor and update movement of data
- Assist the Compensation & benefits team with: migration of payroll system, e-leave, LV Intranet
- Assist in other administrative tasks assigned by HOD when necessary

PROFIL
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR /Admin role preferably in a fast paced environment (retail/FMCG/Sales)
- Auditors or Finance Accountat are highly appreciated
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point
- Agile, innovative and willing to learn in a fast changing pace within a lean team to support the retail team/business
- Trustworthy, high sense of responsibilities
- Very Organized and Proactive to share new ideas of improvements
- Fluent in English & Spanish.
- Strong interpersonal skills and facility to connect with different diverse teams of the 6 countries.
- Graduated from Business School/University and holding a Bachelor’s degree
- Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
