The role of Senior Director of Strategic Advisory is a leadership role driving the strategic vision of NTT. The role collaborates closely with senior executives to provide high-level guidance on critical business decisions leading a team of strategists, managing projects, and supporting the development of innovative strategies that enhance NTT's competitive positioning and market share. The role is pivotal in assessing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating potential challenges, all while ensuring alignment with our company's long-term goals.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide broad strategic guidance, analysis, and recommendations to the executive leadership team, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive business performance and innovation.
- Manage the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan, aligning business goals with market trends and opportunities.
- Identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate challenges and capitalize on growth areas.
- Contribute to the definition, refinement and communicate the company's strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential growth markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
- Assess the competitive landscape, including evaluating competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
- Provide actionable insights based on market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and expansion into new markets.
- Contribute to the development of financial models and projections for strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential risks associated with strategic projects.
- Monitor and assess the financial performance of existing initiatives against strategic objectives.
- Foster solid relationships and collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to support the development of new products, services, and initiatives.
- Act as an internal thought leader, sharing insights and recommendations through presentations, reports, and discussions.
- Lead and mentor a team of strategic analysts and advisors, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields

**Required Experience**:

- Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives and achieving business outcomes
- Substantial experience in a senior strategic advisory role, ideally within a relevant industry
- Substantial experience in building complex financial models to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives, investments, and business decisions
