We are currently looking for a **Talent Partner **to join our **People Team in Headquarters.**
**Your main functions would be**:
- Partner with teams to understand their needs, provide advice with a can do attitude and proactive approach towards talent and business.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process at all levels of seniority.
- Built and mantain strong relationships with external partners: headhunters, schools, etc.
- Carry out internal promotion, high potential and mobility programs at international level.
- Create and support Employer Branding actions, being up to date in fashion, creative and business trends.
- Welcome newcommers and being responsible for their training plans and follow up.
- Working by projects in engagement, culture, learning & development, employee experience, digitalization, etc.
**How do we imagine you?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in headhunting and talent management roles, previous experience in creative/fashion industry is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office
