**Job Description**:
As the Manager Sales Development, you will use your experience and expertise to train, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Development representatives to help take Rockwell Automation's growth to a new level Reporting to the Director of Global Lead to Revenue, you will lead the team to drive Rockwell's inbound demand strategy to generate a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales organization.

SDRs are the backbone of our sales process, establishing customer relationships and strategically developing and providing motivated leads to our sales team. They work closely with all Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. They are directly involved with expanding Rockwell's business into the region. Success in the role is largely determined by the ability to stay motivated, tenacity, and rigor. The SDR position introduces talent to various career opportunities in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Some of the key responsibilities
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inbound demand pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute the Rockwell Automation inbound pipeline generation strategy.
- Collaborate with peers in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to create a high-performing culture where individuals can grow careers and contribute to the company's success.
- Proactively assist with passive and active recruitment efforts.
- Help drive continuous improvement in the Sales/Business Development practice at Rockwell Automation.
- Develop thought leadership expertise through planning and participating in various community meetups and technical groups, fireside chats, info sessions, tech and recruiting events, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in business or an equivalent related work experience.
- 5+ years of overall sales experience working with high-growth B2B software organizations.
- 3+ years of progressive quota-carrying expertise with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the B2B technology.
- 2+ years of business development experience working with both an inbound sales process.
- Some managerial experience is expected.
- Strong understanding of relevant sales methodologies and best practices.
- Fluency both in English and Spanish, any other languages are beneficial for this role.
- Ability to monitor and assess progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve target outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and highly analytical.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics or Salesforce CRM infrastructure, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
