**Our client**: a global professional services firm, with around 1000 professionals in 32 offices, located on six continents, a world leader in the implementation of strategy through business simulations and experiential learning programs.
**Job purpose**: Working in the IT global team you will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal Global IT Helpdesk. You will also be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company's PCs and assist with servers and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, inventory tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Going into more detail, you will be responsible for:
- Taking a lead role in managing support for Spain, Italy and Latin America
- Providing first-line support on IT hardware, software and systems for on-site and remote employees
- Configuration of PCs for new employees
- Scheduling and implementing new user orientation on the operation of PC and navigation to network resources
- Maintaining inventory assignment history of all locally assigned IT equipment
- As a Global Help Desk team member, participating in the ticketing system and helping in resolving tickets expeditiously
- Monitoring and researching errors and working to resolve the problems
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation
- Service call ticketing for warranty/non-warranty repairs and follow up status
- Training new users in use of Zoom, Outlook features, backup, preventive maintenance, patch updates, intranet/ internet access and navigation
- Traveling to remote office locations to provide on-site support as necessary

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
- Five years of broad user support experience
- Experience in managing IT support for a small office independently
- Proficiency with major PC software packages (MS Office, Windows 10)
- Experience with SAAS platforms like Office 365, Box, Salesforce etc.
- Basic understanding of Windows networking and administration
- Proficiency with Apple products (MacBook, iMac, JAMF)
- Familiarity with Windows Server environment
- Proficiency in English as it is necessary to work as part of the global team
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people, strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability, proven ability to operate in high pressure situations and superior customer service skills will be needed
