**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**: - At Privalia / Veepee, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst (Buyer) reporting to the Procurement Manager for Southern European countries. The main responsibilities will include negotiating, managing suppliers, overseeing company purchases (controlling the budget), and creating business cases to optimize purchasing decisions. The role supports the procurement process through market data analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost management to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. - The focus will primarily be on the categories of Facilities, Marketing, Production, and HR. **\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**: - ** Managing an approximate expenditure of 13 million euros and over 400 suppliers across multiple indirect categories** (Facility Management, IT & Telecom, Marketing & Communication, Professional services, Outsourcing, and HR services). - You will be in charge of the Italian an Spanish market. **Being the support for business areas**: - Understanding and defining needs with departments. - Building a trusted relationship, adding value to projects by aligning joint needs. - Driving project execution by balancing agility and efficiency. - Proactively identifying business risks and opportunities related to their categories. - Business case to optimize purchasing decisions: Development of BC with comparisons by supplier type, service type.
