**The mission**:
As our Logistics and Customer Operations Coordinator, you hold a crucial role in the Hector Kitchen team. You are the link between our customers and our delivery partner. You are key to ensure our customers experience a smooth journey from purchase to delivery. Your main missions are:

- **
Logistics**: making sure that our service is well delivered and the quality of deliveries provided by our partner
- ** Assist Hector Kitchen's customers**: you will be in direct contact with our customers and helping them with their queries for logistics related topics
- ** Operations**:identify and optimise external as well as internal processes (team communication, logistics, organisation, customer service etc.)
- ** Analyse customer trends and behaviour to identify improvements**: you will be communicating with internal parties to ensure quality norms, customer expectations and functionality are always adequately treated and deployed
- ** Fraud Investigator** : Identify the frauds (as real or not). Find new processes to detect them.
