- Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping companies
- Ensure smooth workflow for any operational order step (refusals, returns, damages, etc.)
- Willing to go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectation
- Proactive in sharing ideas to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Active team member, open to multi-tasking, always ready to support and contribute to the evolution of a fast-growing

department

Spanish is not required|Work in a multinational environment
- Previous B2C customer service experience is mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (excel)
- Experienced on Zendesk platform.
- Experienced on back-office Operations system: SAP and Salesforce Cloud Commerce (Demandware) is a real plusPERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

- GERMAN as a native language & strong verbal and written communication skills in English. A third language is a real

plus (Spanish, French or Italian)
- Proactive, problem-solver
- Empathic and Service minded
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Office located at El Prat de Llobregat, Hybrid remote work (3 days in the office adn 2 optional) and food voucher ( 9 euros per working day at the office)
